Contract for Design Services

K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC – Client Service Agreement (2026)

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing design services from K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC (“Designer,” “Company”), you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Acceptance is confirmed upon purchase and is legally binding.

Payment & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
All payments made to K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC are non-refundable. Submitting payment confirms the Client’s commitment to the selected service.

Refund Discretion
Refunds are granted only in rare circumstances and strictly at the discretion of K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC. If approved, refunds will be processed within 15–20 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Payment Processing
All payments must be submitted through the official K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC website or authorized invoicing system.

Service Delivery & Turnaround Time

Standard Turnaround
Most services are completed within 7–14 business days, depending on the service purchased and the Client’s responsiveness.

Extended Projects
Larger projects such as branding packages may require additional time, which will be disclosed prior to project start.

Exclusions & Delays
Turnaround time excludes weekends, public holidays, and non-business days. Delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late Client submissions are not the responsibility of K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC and may extend delivery time.

Deliverables

Upon project completion, final files will be delivered in formats appropriate to the purchased service, including but not limited to PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, and transparent files.

Proofs & Revisions

Design Proofs
Draft designs (proofs) are provided for review only and may not be used, distributed, sold, or reproduced until final approval is granted.

Included Revisions
Each service includes 2–4 complimentary revisions, as outlined in the service description. Minor revisions include:

  • Color changes

  • Title or text edits

  • Font changes

  • Photo swaps

Each individual change counts as one revision.

Redesigns & Additional Revisions

  • A full redesign will require a redesign fee equal to 50% of the original service price.

  • Revisions exceeding the included amount will be billed at $8 per revision.

Communication & Client Responsibilities

Communication Policy

  • Initial inquiries may be made via DM, email, or business text line.

  • Once an order is placed, all communication must occur via email only.

  • Clients must reply within the same email thread.

  • Business hours: Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • No responses on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, or major holidays.

Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing all required content (text, images, brand direction, preferences)

  • Purchasing and maintaining website platforms, subscriptions, and hosting

  • Securing and connecting domain names

  • Providing policies, terms, and legal disclosures

  • Managing backend business information and compliance

Failure to provide required materials may result in delays or additional fees.

Logo & Photo Policy

Logo Submissions
If a logo is not provided, the business name will be displayed using a standard font and basic formatting. For best results, logos should be submitted as transparent files with exact HEX color codes.

Text-Based Logos
K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC offers text-based logo designs only and does not create or suggest business names or color palettes. Any required font licenses must be purchased by the Client.

Photo Requirements
Clients must supply high-quality professional photos or clear stock images. The Designer is not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality imagery.

Project Abandonment Policy

Each project includes a 10-business-day submission window (Tuesday–Friday) for required materials.

If the Client fails to submit required information:

  • After 10 business days: The project is marked abandoned and an abandonment fee applies.

  • After 31 days: If no payment or communication occurs, the project will be permanently closed with no refund, and the Client will be prohibited from future bookings.

If the abandonment fee is paid within 30 days, the Client will receive one additional 10-business-day extension. Failure to meet the second deadline results in permanent closure and service denial.

Chargebacks
Any chargeback will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action to recover the maximum allowable amount.

Client Policy

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully. Any form of harassment, aggressive language, or disrespect will result in:

  • Immediate project termination

  • Delivery of completed work as-is

  • No refunds

  • Permanent ban from future services

Chargebacks under these circumstances will be pursued legally.

Intellectual Property & Liability

Ownership Rights
Upon full payment and final delivery, ownership of the completed design transfers to the Client. K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC retains the right to display the work for portfolio, marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability
K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered services.

Technical Limitations & Third-Party Platforms

K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC functions strictly as a design service provider. Any approved website setups or third-party integrations must be maintained by the Client.

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Website updates

  • Shipping configurations

  • Tax settings

  • Payment processors

  • Third-party app errors

All technical issues must be addressed through the platform’s customer support.

Marketing & Promotional Rights

K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC reserves the right to share completed projects and progress on social media and marketing platforms unless the Client opts out in writing.


Designs remain the property of K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC until final delivery is completed.

Creative Direction Add-On

This add-on enhances flyer projects with professional titles and messaging.

  • Clients must provide core messaging or promotion details

  • “Freestyle” selection allows full creative control by the Designer

  • Theme-based projects without clear direction will be interpreted creatively

  • No theme selection results in varied, non-uniform designs

This add-on does not replace Client communication requirements.

Holiday Closures

K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC is closed on major holidays, including:

  • New Year’s Eve

  • Christmas Eve

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • Juneteenth

  • Columbus Day

  • St. Patrick’s Day

Consultation Policy

All new clients must book a consultation prior to ordering:

  • $50 – 30-minute consultation

  • $75 – Zoom consultation

If the service invoice is paid within 24 hours, the consultation fee is applied to the total. After 24 hours, the fee is non-refundable.

Agreement & Policy Updates

By purchasing services, the Client agrees to all terms outlined above. K Harmon Design Enterprise LLC reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
